Brunello Di Montalcino
DOCG: Brunello di Montalcino
Grape Varieties:
100% Sangiovese
Production techniques:
The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless teel tanks at a controlled temperature. Aged 24 months in oak barrels, followed by a minimum of 4 months in the bottle before being released.
Characteristics:
Ruby red color with garnet reflections. Aromas of red fruit, aromatic wood and vanilla. The wine has a long finish on the palate and is suitable for long aging in the bottle.


Chianti Classico
DOCG: Chianti Classico
Grape Varieties:
100% Sangiovese
Production techniques:
The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in concrete vats. Aged in concrete vats followed by 6 months in the bottle before being released.
Characteristics:
Brilliant ruby red color. Black cherry aromas. Fresh, fruity and well balanced.
CHIANTI CLASSICO GRAN SELEZIONE
DOCG: Chianti Classico
Grape Varieties:
100% Sangiovese
Production techniques:
The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in concrete vats.
Aged 18 months in Hungarian oak barrels, followed by 6 months in concrete vats and another 6 months in the bottle before being released.
Characteristics:
Brilliant ruby red color. Black cherry aromas. Produced from only 36 vine rows. Very well balanced and suitable for long aging in the bottle.


PIAN DI STAFFA
DOCG: Montecucco Sangiovese Riserva
Grape Varieties:
100% Sangiovese
Production techniques:
The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Aged 30 months in barrels of fine French oak, followed by 6 months in the bottle before being released.
Characteristics:
Brilliant ruby red color with garnet reflections. Intense aroma with elegant notes of vanilla and caramel from the wood barrels. Ripe red fruit flavors with fine balsamic notes. Full-bodied with balanced tannins.
ROSSO DI MONTALCINO
DOC: Rosso di Montalcino

The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Aged 6 months in oak barrels.
Characteristics:
Ruby red color with purple reflections. Aromas of fresh red cherries, light spices and tobacco. A medium finish on the palate of strawberries and red cherries.


SANGIOVESE

The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Aged 18 months in barrels of fine French oak, followed by 6 months in the bottle before being released.
Characteristics:
Bright ruby red color with garnet reflections. Complex aromas including ripe red fruit, balsamic notes, sweet spices, vanilla and chocolate. Full-bodied with soft, silky tannins, well balanced and suitable for long aging in the bottle.


ATUNIS

Production techniques:
The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Aged 18 months in barriques.
Characteristics:
Particularly intense purplish red color. Flavor has evident notes of cherry, black cherry, red fruit jam, and a well balanced vanilla aroma. Remarkable structure, fullness and taste which gives it a great balance.
VELIOS

100% Syrah.
Production techniques:
The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aged 24 months in barriques.
Characteristics:
Intense red color with purple tones. A bouquet of great complexity with intense spicy and red fruit notes. There is a good hint of vanilla that comes from the aging process in barriques. A full-bodied wine, with excellent structure.


CREBESCO
IGT : Toscana
Grape Varieties:
40% Sangiovese, 40% Merlot, 20% Syrah.
Production techniques:
The grapes are harvested by hand. Sangiovese and Syrah grapes are dried in the open air for two weeks. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Aged 24 months in barriques.
Characteristics:
An intense, deep ruby red color with violet reflections. The bouquet has great complexity with intense notes of ripe red fruit, aromas that are perfectly integrated with the sweet notes of the barriques.
MONTECUCO ROSSO
DOC – Montecucco Rosso

Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon
Production techniques:
The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Aged 8 months in stainless steel tanks.
Characteristics:
Intense ruby red color with violet reflections. A fresh, rich and fruity aroma with elegant balsamic and spicy notes.


MONTEREGIO

80% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Production techniques:
The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Aged 6 months in old barriques.
Characteristics:
Intense ruby red color. Flavor of ripe red fruit with notes of vanilla.
MAREMMA VERMENTINO
DOC: Maremma Toscana Vermentino
Grape Varieties:
100% Vermentino.
Production techniques:
The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is left in contact with fine lees for 3 months before being bottled and released.
Characteristics:
Straw yellow color with green reflections. Fruity aromas of apple, citrus and tropical fruit with a slight hint of sage leaves and minerals in the background. Acidity and freshness, well-balanced on the palate.
